This is an exquisite young
adult story about wounded children
fighting to survive. They’re in the
wrong place at the wrong time. Despite
the challenges life throws at them, they stay true to themselves. Action after action after action…this is a
fast paced read that doesn’t always give you a chance to breathe.
This is one of the most
suspenseful YA books that I’ve read in quite a while.
The story takes place
in Nigeria. I found that aspect fascinating,
as I haven’t read other books that take place in Nigeria.
