I admit that maybe reading it during
the pandemic wasn’t the best idea, but it still served as a great source of
escapism.
The plot is realistic. Chillingly so. I found myself wondering what I would do if I
was in Raven’s place. The characters and
setting felt so real. My heart broke for
those suffering. I can’t really imagine living in an underground bunker for my
life!
Be warned: this is the kind of book
that won’t let you go until you finish it.
